I had some egg roll wrappers left and I happen to have avocados and cheese. I figured why not try making an avocado egg rolls and see how it will turn out.
I am happy that it turned out really yummy. It is even yummier if you dip it in any salsa you like.
It is super easy to make and great snack everybody will love.
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- Any cheese you like (I used Kerrygold Dubliner Natural Cheese)
- Egg roll wrappers (preferrably Nasoya All Natural Egg roll wrappers)
- Oil (non-gmo canola oil)
- Roll the sliced cheese and avocado in the wrappers & seal it with water
- Heat the oil in pan
- Fry until golden crisp
- May dip it in any salsa
