If you love ramen and happen to be in New York, make sure to try Ippudo Japanese Ramen Noodle Brasserie. I love how their soup is not too rich and very tasty that you don’t get tired of slurping the soup. They also serve tapas-style dishes.
Ippudo is also in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore & Philippines and I heard a rumor that it may soon open one here in San Francisco. I cannot wait if it’s true.
