I always wonder about those hand rolled freshly made ice cream in Thailand and we got so lucky that when we visited NY, they just opened a store that serves this type of ice cream in China town.

I tried the Strawberry Shawty, added fresh fruits and condensed milk on top. OMGeeZee goodiness is all I can say.  Truly a must try.
