Dominique Ansel is the creator of the infamous CRONUT (croissant & donut). I super love his cronuts (that sounded funny) and every month he creates new flavors. His bakery opens at 8am but you really have to be in line at around 6am on Mondays thru Thursdays. If you plan to go on a weekend, try being there at around 5am. I swear I kid you not.
They will, however, serve people in line free freshly baked madeleines and hot coco as a thank you for being patient… and they are very yummy.
Other than cronuts, I had tried the frozen s’mores, eggs sandwich and DKA (Dominique’s Kouign Amann) and they were all very yummy. I have yet to try the chocolate chip cookie shot. On my next visit for sure.
