My baked goodies are versions of my favorite snacks. Some are made with healthier versions and some are newly invented. Most of my creations goes really well with coffees and teas.
- Organic Almond Granola Polvorons – my version of my favorite pinipig (rice crisps) polvorons from the Philippines. Polvorons was originated from Spain and it means toasted flour. These ones are buttery taste that has crunch but the rest blends and melts in your mouth.
- Speculoos Butterscotch Haystacks – crispy and not too sweet chinese noodles snacks.
- Organic Granola Rounds – very light, crispy and addicting.
