This is where I first tasted speculoos cookie butter back in year 2010 or before it got popular at Trader Joe’s. They are popular for their waffles. You can choose from light, airy & crispy (Brussels wafel) or soft & chewy (Liege wafel) waffles then can add a spread of speculoos cookie butter topped with fresh fruits and light whipped cream. One of my faves too is the speculoos cookie butter ice cream. They used to be just food trucks and now they have their own restaurant by East Village.
